Walk-and-talk therapy
Walk-and-talk sessions take place outdoors, walking side by side in Port Royal instead of sitting across from each other. Some people find it easier to talk and think while moving, and it can suit anxiety work especially well.
- Privacy: we're in public, so we'll talk through confidentiality before your first walk and choose quieter routes.
- Pace: an easy walking pace. No fitness requirement.
- Weather: in storms or extreme heat we switch to the office or video.
- Fit: it isn't right for every person or every topic. We'll decide together.

Online sessions are available anywhere in South Carolina, including Bluffton, Hilton Head, Charleston, Columbia, and Greenville. You need to be in South Carolina (or Florida) at the time of the session.
