Concierge Program
A flat monthly fee covers four 60–75 minute secure video sessions, direct access to me between sessions, flexible scheduling, and make-up sessions for missed or canceled appointments within reasonable limits, at no extra charge.
Insurance and reimbursement
I'm a private-pay practice. After each session I provide a superbill, a receipt with the codes your insurer needs. You submit it to your insurance company yourself.
If your plan has out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be reimbursed for part of each session. Many clients get a meaningful portion back. I'm happy to help you check your benefits. Questions to ask your insurer:
- Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health?
- What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much have I met?
- What percentage is reimbursed after the deductible?
- Is pre-authorization required?
- How do I submit a claim?
Cancellation policy
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged the full session fee.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, if you are paying for care yourself or not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. Ask for one at any time before or during treatment.
